Both lots are <br /> above the minimum lot size of 6,250 square feet for zero lot line developments. There are existing <br /> Iffinve-foot drainage and utility easements around the perimeter of the existinglot.. The applicants <br /> propose an additional five feet of easement in the front and rear of both lots (10 feet total) as well <br /> as a five foot utility easement where the utilities are buried on the south side of the lot. <br />
