Ordinance 602 . <br /> July 14, 1997 <br /> Page 7 <br /> (1)(a) Installation and maintenance of fences. <br /> (2)(b) Landscaping, and impervious surfaces which surfaces do not exceed 864 <br /> square feet <br /> ()(c) Detached garages, accessory buildings and driveways, and additions thereto <br /> which do not require a conditional use permit. <br /> (4)(d) Grading which does not adversely alter storm water storage capacity, <br /> storm water flow direction or runoff intensity. <br /> (5)(e) Temporary structures not requiring permanent foundations or pads for <br /> support. <br /> (6)Building and structural additions to a principal building which addition does <br /> not exceed 1264 square feet. <br /> b. City Council Authority: The City Council may issue permits which meet the standards <br /> • <br /> in this Chapter and are beyond the scope of the administrative authority stated in Section <br /> 1010.08 Subd. 5.a. approvaFabove. which have-been revied by City staff and ruferrcd <br /> to Council or which are appealed to Council after having been reviewed and denied by <br /> City staff. <br /> Subd. 5 7. Application and Review Procedures: <br /> a. Submittal Materials Required: Di awings and Exhibits. The following drawings and <br /> exhibits may be required with a permit application, unless specific items are waived by the <br /> Director otCommunity Development-based he scope oftheproposed development: <br /> a: (1) The name and address of the subdivider, developer and owner or any other <br /> party of interest. <br /> Ix' (2) A legal description of the proposed site with a map showing its location <br /> with indications of private access roads and existing or proposed public roadways <br /> within and surrounding the development site. <br /> al A full and adequate description of all phases of the operation and/or <br /> proposed physical changes. <br /> tl A soil survey map of the proposed development site. . <br /> (5,) A topographic map of the development area with contour information at <br />
