Ordinance 602 <br /> • July 14, 1997 <br /> Page 10 <br /> (g)(7) Stage the work over time and increments of land to be developed; <br /> (h)(8) Require the alteration of the site design to insure buffering; <br /> (j)(9) Require posting of sufficient surety to guarantee conformance to the <br /> purposes of the permit and all laws regulating the activity; <br /> bond;or <br /> (j)(10) Require the conveyance to the City of certain lands or interest <br /> therein. <br /> Ir (2)Modification of Zoning Requirements: The dimensional requirements of the <br /> underlying zoning ordinance may be modified in furtherance of the purposes of this <br /> Chapter. <br /> (3) Considerations in Granting of Approval: The City shall consider all relevant <br /> factors specified in other sections of this Chapter. as well as the following: <br /> • a. The relationship of the proposed use to the Comprehensive Plan and the <br /> impact of the proposed use on the wetlands in the surrounding area. <br /> b. The impact of the proposed wetland alteration on the surface water <br /> storage. fish and wildlife habitat and water quality enhancement values of <br /> the wetland. <br /> c (4) Action by Resolution or by Written Notice: Action on permits shall be by <br /> the City Council or by the Director of Community Development, as provided in <br /> Section 1010.08 Subd. 6. A permit approval may include such terms and <br /> _conditions as is-deemed necessary_hy the-approval-body to pr-otect-the-public <br /> health. safety and welfare and to meet the standards set forth in this Chapter 1010. <br /> For permits requiring City Council action, the City Council shall take action to <br /> approve, approve with conditions. or deny a permit application by resolution. For <br /> permits allowing action by the Director of Community Development. the director <br /> shall notify the applicant in writing of the decision on the permit.
