Planning Commission Resolution 526-97 <br /> Silverview Estates Preliminary Plat <br /> August 20, 1997 <br /> Page 2 <br /> b. The easement over the NURP pond just south of the former TJB Homes building <br /> shall be added to the preliminary plat. <br /> c. Five-foot utility easements shall be shown on either side of all interior side lot lines <br /> within this development. <br /> d. The seven-foot section of right of way along the east side of Silver Lake Road <br /> shall be permanently dedicated to the City for roadway purposes so that a <br /> consistent 40 foot right of way extends from County Road I north to Highway 10. <br /> 2.
