Letter from SEH regarding soil investigation,dared May 16, 1997 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has received a recommendation of approval <br /> from the Mounds View Planning Commission as stated in Planning Commission Resolution No. <br /> 505-97; and, <br /> WHEREAS, e proposed general concept plan is consistent with the Mounds View <br /> i <br /> Comprehensive Plan and the requirements of the Mounds View PUD Zoning District; and, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br /> hereby approve the general concept plan for the D.W. Jones Property prepared by E.G.
