The City Code requires 2.5 <br /> spaces per living unit with one space in covered parking and 1.5 spaces in surface parking. <br /> What the applicant is requesting is that the parking ratio be lowered down to 1.15 surface <br /> stalls per unit and the standard one covered garage stall per unit.
