Because Code requirements can be varied from in a PUD district, the fact that <br /> the parking lot is so close may not be an issue. The parking being provided, however, is an issue. <br /> The site plan provided by the applicant shows 162 spaces, six of which are handicapped spots. The <br /> site plan that was approved in 1994 indicated 168 spaces. It is staff's concern that there may not be <br /> enough room for parking on the site for the size of the building.
