PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 531-97 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE FINAL PLAT <br /> FOR MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK EAST 2ND ADDITION; <br /> PLANNING CASE 505-97 <br /> WHEREAS, Everest Group, Ltd. has requested approval of a major subdivision for the <br /> property legally known as: <br /> That part of the South S acres of Lot 2 lying West of the Easterly 80 Feet of <br /> said Lot 2, Block 2, PINECREST ADDITION, lying East of MOUNDS VIEW <br /> BUSINESS PARK EAST ADDITION, according to the recorded plats thereof <br /> and situate in Ramsey County,Minnesota; <br /> Lot 3, Block 3, PROGRAMIVIED LAND FIRST ADDITION, according to the <br /> recorded plat thereof and situate in Ramsey County,Minnesota; <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, PROGRAMMED LAND SECOND ADDITION according to <br /> • the recorded plat thereof and situate in Ramsey County,Minnesota; <br /> That part of Outlot A,MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK lying east of a line <br /> beginning at a point on the south line of said Outlot A, said point being south <br /> 89 degrees, 19 minutes 21 seconds East, assumed bearing, 409.00 feet from <br /> the southwest corner of said Outlot A, thence North 31 degrees, 43 minutes 48 <br /> seconds East 19.26 feet to the north line of said Outlot A and said line there <br /> terminating. <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described properties are zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development; and, <br /> WHEREAS, a plat date-stamped 9/8/97 titled MOUNDS VIEW BUSINESS PARK <br /> EAST 2ND ADDITION has been submitted by the applicant; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has reviewed the proposed plat and finds it <br /> consistent with the City's street plan in that no additional right of way will be required as a result <br /> of this plat and that the proposed easements shown on the plat will be sufficient for the City's <br /> utility needs; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has reviewed the applicant's request <br /> for a major subdivision reorganizing the four lots into one 6.89-acre parcel and found that it is in <br /> conformance with all applicable sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code. <br />
