Inc., dated May 23, 1997. received <br /> August 14, 1997. <br /> 6. RCWD Permit Files 97-111. 94-93, 90.84, 86-159, 84-30 83-152, 81-82, 81-25. and CSMP 82C01. <br /> 7. Cash surety in the amount of$7.000, received November 6. 1997 from Marcel Eibensteiner. <br /> They found the project as planned to be in accordance with the Rules & Regulations and Guidelines <br /> of the District and therefore approved the permit as requested, with the following additional <br /> stipulations: <br /> Stimulation: An MPCA NPDES permit application shall be submitted immediately following <br /> contractor selection. <br /> It is the responsibility of the Permittee to provide a;j measures necessary to contain sediment on the <br /> site during construction. This may require the use of erosion control =mums not outlined on the <br /> Serosion control plan. If this requirement is not met, the Permittee may be ordered to provide <br /> additional erosion control measures if deemed necessary by the District Inspector. It is also the <br /> responsibility of the property owner to provide necessary maintenance to assure that the storrnwater <br /> management systems approved as part of this Permit will cow:in= to function as originally designed. <br />
