III following conditions : <br /> 1. Right of way shown is not in conformance with the Ramsey <br /> County Major Street Plan. An additional three (3) feet of <br /> right of way will be required along Silver Lake Road in <br /> the areas where the existing right of way is 40 feet . <br /> 2 .
