We have worked with the City of Mounds View in an analysis of traffic in the area and fe that the relocation of the Edgewood Drive and Highway 10 intersection and the installation el signal is based on several factors, not just the development that is proposed for the south side the road.. The factors, in no specific order, are as follows: oad The existing intersection of Edgewood Drive and Highway 10 is relatively close to the County intersection. The relocated intersection would be approximately half way between County Road H2 andd Long Lake Road. The existing Edgewood Drive intersection at Highway 10 is at a very skewed angle.
