Cash surety in the amount of S7.000, received November 6. 1997 from Martel Eibensteiner. <br /> They found the project as planned to be in accordance with the Rules & Regulations and Guidelines <br /> of the District and therefore approved the permit as requested. with the following additional <br /> stipulations: <br /> $tioulatioa: An MPCA NPDES permit application shall be submitted immediately following <br /> contractor selection. <br /> It is the responsibility of the Perrrtinee to provide akl measures necessary to contain sediment on the <br /> site during construction. This may require the use of erosion control measures not outlined on the <br /> 4111 erosion control plan. If this requirement is not met, the Permittee may be ordered to provide <br /> additional erosion control measures if domed necessary by the District Inspector. It is also the <br /> responsibility of the property owner to provide necessary rttiiI r-ijinre to assure that the stormwater <br /> management systems approved as part of this Permit will continue to function as originally designed. <br /> 1 <br />
