MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. EDC94-2 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> ESTABLISHING CALENDAR OF MEETING DATES FOR 1994 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Economic Development Commission will be <br /> holding one business meeting per month throughout the duration of 1994 with the <br /> exception of Special Meetings; and <br /> WHEREAS, a display of meeting dates be established to provide an <br /> - orderly system for use by the Economic Development Commission, staff and general <br /> public; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development <br /> Commission of the City of Mounds View establishes the following meeting dates for <br /> regular business meetings: <br /> August 25, 1994 6:00 p.m. • <br /> September 22, 1994 6:00 p.m. <br /> October 27, 1994 6:00 p.m. <br /> November 17, 1994 6:00 p.m. <br /> December 22, 1994 6:00 p.m. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the Economic Development Commission <br /> is required to or desires to hold special meetings or make adjustments to the 1994 <br /> calendar of meetings, they will do so in accordance with State law, Code <br /> requirements and the Bylaws. <br /> Adopted this 25th day of August, 1994. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chair <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Economic Development Coordinator <br /> • <br />
