Pinewood Elementary School serving grades K through 6 <br /> has a current enrollment of 708 students . <br /> ;_-;vernment Buildings and Services <br /> The Mounds View City Hall located at 2401 Highway 10 houses the <br /> offices of the City Clerk-Administrator and Finance , Police , <br /> Puhl is Uorks/Community Development and Parks ,. Recreation and <br /> Forestry Departments . The duties of and services {provided by <br /> these offices/departments are as follows : <br /> A. Clerk-Administrator ' s Office - The position of Clerk- <br /> Administrator is established by Section 6 . 01 of the <br /> Home Rule Charter with Section 6 . 03 outlining the <br /> duties of the Clerk-Administrator . Basically, the <br /> duties of the Clerk-Administrator and , as a result , the <br /> Clerk-Administrator ' s Office can be summarized as <br /> follows : <br /> 4111 <br /> 1 . a.11 of the duties and responsibilities of a <br /> City Clerk in a statutory city including the <br /> conduct of elections , maintenance of all muni- <br /> ital records and accounts , and issuance of all <br /> business licenses and permits , except for building <br /> permits and contractor ' s licenses . <br /> 2 . Assist the City Council in the administration of <br /> City affairs including the supervision of its <br /> employees , programs. and activities , and labor <br /> contracts . <br /> 3 . Prepare and submit to the City Council reports <br /> relating to municipal projects and/or improve- <br /> ments , periodic financial reports , annual <br /> operating budget , long-term financial plan , <br /> capital improvement plan , and annual financial <br /> statements . <br /> 4 . Develop and maintain good public relations with <br /> the general public through the preparation and <br /> dissimination of news releases and other informa- <br /> tion , an annual report on the financial condition <br /> of the City and other efforts . <br /> 4111 5 . Coordination of. the City ' s activities with outside <br /> agencies and consultants . <br /> 5-7 <br />
