In 1986 the City adopted a <br /> Storm Water and Wetlands Management Plan to culminate its efforts <br /> in planning for long-range . infrastructure maintenance . <br /> Northern Stales Power supplies all electricity and natural gas <br /> for the community. The existing facilities are adequate for <br /> future expansion . <br /> Northwestern Bell Telephone supplies all telephone service to- <br /> the community and has facilities adequate to meet all expansion <br /> needs . <br /> Croup W Cable supplies Cable TV service to Mounds View under a <br /> franchise with the City through the North Suburban Cable <br /> Commission .
