Eligible activities include acquisition of buildings for <br /> commercial rehabilitation, acquisition of land or buildings for parking lot construction, <br /> rehabilitation of commercial buildings, storefront renovation,pedestrian and <br /> streetscape improvements, etc. There are 50 neighborhood commercial center's <br /> identified within the City; those centers located within the City's low- and moderate- <br /> income neighborhoods will receive the highest priority for funding through NEDF. <br /> - 31 - <br />
