The review also <br /> 0 addresses positions taken by Mn/DOT staff that appear to be inconsistent with established <br /> MxvDOT policy. <br /> I <br /> REVIEW OF ACCESS ISSUES <br /> Our review addresses four issues relating to the right turn =eases along T.H. 10. The <br /> first issue concerns the Mn/DOT access approvals for the planned Holiday Station <br /> development at Silver Lake Drive and T.EL 10. The second issue concerns the existing <br /> operation of the Super America station at County Road L The third issue concerns <br /> MntDOT's established 'nes for minor arterial roads_ The fourth <br /> issue examines the accident history information on TR 10 with respect to right turn <br /> accesses. <br /> Koidav Static('at Silver Lake Drive&Tit i.0 <br /> This proposed development has access onto both T.H. 10 and Silver Lake Drive that is <br /> very similar to the proposed Walgreens location. The Holiday Station's access on T,H. <br /> 10 is located approximately 200 feet(edge of curb to edge of curb) south of Silver Lake <br /> Drive. The Silver Lake Drive access is spaced approximately 195 feet (edge of curb to <br /> edge of curb) west of T.H. 10. This spacing is similar to the proposed Walgreens <br /> IIdevelopment which has a spacing of 157 feet along TR 10 and 200 feet along C.R. L <br />
