D. Discussion of Allocation of Development Funds <br /> • Coordinator Bennett explained that the EDA has discussed the attached allocation of excess Tax <br /> Increment Funds and has directed staff to pursue the potential purchase\development of <br /> several properties along Highway 10. The properties include the blue house on 10 and Long <br /> Lake Road, the Auto Central building, the K-Gas site and the Bel Rae Ballroom. Coordinator <br /> Bennett said she will keep the EDC posted on these activities and hope to have proposals for <br /> the EDC to review this fall. <br /> Reports From Chair, Commissioners and Staff: <br /> There were no reports <br /> 7.
