Mister Donut <br /> Mark Malone and I have been working with Mike Forcia regarding improvements to <br /> Mister Donut Shop in Mounds View for the past several months. <br /> • <br /> Western Bank has reviewed their file and are ready to make a recommendation <br /> approving the maximum loan under the City's program. • <br /> I did not have a copy of the financials and terms prior to mailing the packet but will <br /> have copies provided at the EDC meeting next week. I did discuss the file with a <br /> Western Bank representative and am comfortable that approving this loan will be of <br /> great benefit to both the owners of Mister Donut and the City of Mounds View. <br /> I would like to have the owner, Mike Forcia, explain the improvements at Thursday <br /> evening's meeting but have not confirmed his attendance. <br /> In any case, I will have more information for your review and consideration at the <br /> meeting. <br /> 4110 <br />
