Chapter 3 <br /> Please review Chapter 3 of the Mounds View Economic Development Plan - Assessing <br /> the Needs\Goals in Economic Development (3-1 thru 3-2) and be prepared to <br /> comment on the needs for Mounds View. It may be useful to look at other goal <br /> setting reports that have been developed over the past several years. I have included <br /> a copy of the Mounds View Focus 2000 report regarding Business Development, the <br /> most recent Council\Staff 5-year Strategic Planning document and the EDC's 1995 <br /> work plan. <br /> In addition, please review the remaining sections of Chapter 3. Do you feel updated <br /> information would be helpful in evaluating future economic goals and needs?
