(2625 Highway 10 and adjoining properties) <br /> Since Mounds View EDA will be the owner of 2625 Highway 10 this month it is now <br /> time to solicit input from the development community regarding potential uses of the <br /> property and\or adjoining land. <br /> I have prepared a request for qualification, which was recommended by a local <br /> developer, to gain ideas regarding the highest and best use for the property. Since <br /> this is a brainstorming document, I have included the entire block for redevelopment. <br /> This does not mean that the City would acquire and redevelop all of the parcels but, if <br /> a proposal comes forth that is attractive, the option is not out of the question. <br /> In discussions with the City Bond Attorney, Mounds View could put the entire block in <br /> a tax increment district which would allow us the opportunity to invest funds beyond <br /> what is currently available now. <br /> Attached is the draft request for qualification and information regarding the parcels <br /> of property in the area. <br /> Please review and be prepared to comment on the information attached. <br />
