Description of development company including name, address, phone, fax, primary <br /> contact and the type development your firm concentrates in. Please include a brief <br /> description and the location of other redevelopment projects completed in <br /> Minnesota. <br /> 2. Please provide the proposed land use that would be the highest and best use for the <br /> property taking into consideration the site constraints and controls. Specify <br /> potential square footage required. Provide general descriptions of the proposed use <br /> to include potential design and landscaping.
