Discussion of Highway 10 Report and Presentation of Findings <br /> Coordinator Bennett and Administrative Aide Lynnette Morgan gave an overview of the report <br /> regarding the redevelopment of Highway 10. The report includes a history of Mounds View's <br /> development, information on Mounds View's tax increment districts, percieved benefits of <br /> investing in redevelopment, the condition of Highway 10, overview of other corridor plans and <br /> the importance of public participation. Commission members commended Lynnette Morgan <br /> for her hard work in gathering the research for the report.
