Subd. 2, which allows for open or outdoor service, sales and rental as an <br /> accessory use with a conditional use permit. <br /> • • Section 1125.01, Subd. 1 e, which states that the Planning Commission shall consider <br /> possible adverse effects of proposed conditional uses. <br /> • Section 1125.01. The produce stand would be open seven days a week from 10:00 <br /> am to 7:00 pm. and would be selling produce home-grown from its farm in Waverly. The stand <br /> • is a five-sided gazebo-like structure with a canvas roof, and is 14 feet wide at its widest point and <br /> 9 feet high at the peak. The stand requires no utility hook-ups. The produce stand was granted a <br /> CUP the last two years at this same location. Staff is not aware of any problems associated with <br /> this operation. <br /> Analysis: <br />
