Draft #1 • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING, THE B-3 HIGHWAY <br /> BUSINESS DISTRICT AND THE PERMITTED USES THEREOF, AND <br /> AMENDING TITLE 1114, SECTION 1114.02 IN THE MOUNDS VIEW <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Title 1114.02 of the Mounds View Municipal code shall be amended by inserting <br /> the underlined and italicized language, to read as follows: <br /> 1114.02: PERMITTED USES: The following are permitted uses in a B-3 <br /> District: <br /> All permitted uses as allowed in a B-2 Limited Business District. • <br /> Amusement centers. <br /> Auto accessory stores. <br /> Commercial recreational uses. <br /> Grocery stores, supermarkets. <br /> Motels, motor hotels and hotels; provided, that the lot area contains notless than five <br /> hundred (500) square feet of lot area per unit. <br /> Private clubs or lodges serving food and beverages with use being restricted to members <br /> and their guests. Adequate dining room, kitchen and bar space must be provided <br /> according to standards imposed upon similar unrestricted customer operations. The <br /> serving of alcoholic beverages to members and their guests shall be allowed; provided, <br /> that such service is in compliance with applicable Federal, State and Municipal <br /> regulations'.
