Draft #1 <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ZONING, THE B-3 HIGHWAY <br /> BUSINESS DISTRICT AND THE CONDITIONAL USES THEREOF, AND <br /> AMENDING TITLE 1114, SECTION 1114.04, BY INCLUDING A NEW <br /> SUBDIVISION 11 IN THE MOUNDS VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Title 1114.04 of the Mounds View Municipal code shall be amended by inserting <br /> the underlined and italicized language, to read as follows: <br /> 1114.04: CONDITIONAL USES: The following are conditional uses in a <br /> B-3 District (requiring a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth <br /> in and regulated by Section 1125.01 of this Title): • <br /> Subd. 11. Public or semi-public recreational buildings and neighborhood or community <br /> centers, public and private educational institutions limited to elementary, junior <br /> high and senior high schools and religtous institutions, such as churches, chapels, <br /> temples and synagogues:provided, that: <br /> a. Front and de.ths shall be a minimum o thir ve eet 35' <br /> b. Side yards shall be no less than thirty feet (30'). <br /> c. Minimum lot area shall be no less than one (1) acre, or as provided in Section <br /> 1104.02, subdivision 2b(3). <br /> d. Adequate screening from abutting residential uses and landscaping is provided <br /> in compliance with Section 1103.08 of this Title. <br /> e. Adequate off-street parking and access is provided on the site or on lots <br /> directly abutting or directly across a public street to the principal use in <br /> compliance with Chapter 1121 of this Title and that such parking is adequately <br /> screened and landscaped from surrounding and abutting residential uses in <br /> compliance with Section 1103.08 of this Title. <br /> SJR142319 <br /> MU205-4 <br />
