Discussion of Sample Tax Increment Financing Application/Guidelines for <br /> Analysis of Tax Increment Assistance. <br /> Vice Chair Carlson suggested that the EDC take more time to review the <br /> Application/Guideline form but that it would be worthwhile to bring the draft policy <br /> and deposit agreement back for approval without incorporating the <br /> Application/Guideline form at the December or January meeting. Director Bennett <br /> mentioned that if there was not going to be a December meeting if we could try and <br /> bring the information back at the January or February meeting. <br /> C. Discussion of Planning Commission and EDA's Comments Regard _E C'.3 <br /> Recommendations for Improved Communication Between the EDCand EDA. <br /> Director Bennett explained that this item was once again discussed at the Counci?, since <br /> the Planning Commission also made comments regarding Communication baweeE <br /> Commissions and the Council. It was decided that this would be a topic of discussion <br /> with the new Council at the goal setting retreat sometime in early 1997. <br /> 6.
