Text shall be added to the certificate which states; "A separate drainage <br /> and utility easement document has been recorded with Ramey County. <br /> 2. The applicant shall make payment of a park dedication fee in an amount specified <br /> by the City Council according to the requirements in Section 1204.02. <br /> 3.
