The ditch follows north at this point, and water then <br /> goes through a culvert under Highway 10 to the D.W. Jones property and wetland. The drainage <br /> diagram and the preliminary stormwater summary analysis was forwarded to Rocky Keehn at SEH, <br /> Inc., the City's engineer. Mr. Keehn's response addresses a number of concerns pertaining to <br /> drainage and grading. (Refer to the attached report from Rocky Keehn.) With regards to the <br /> drainage, Mr. Keehn indicated that because of the positioning of the buildings, runoff from the <br /> property north of the site is appears to be blocked, which could cause flooding. The site also <br /> receives runoff from Eastwood Road via a bituminous swale that cuts into the property. The site <br /> plan shows the detention pond over the swale which would necessitate a change in the existing <br /> drainage from Eastwood Road. While a number of alternatives can be employed to deal with this, <br /> the applicants will need to coordinate with the City's Public Works Department to resolve the <br /> problem. • <br />
