Because we have several large developments moving though the <br /> development review process, it is important that we develop a theme for landscaping, <br /> lighting, signage, etc. that can be incorporated into these projects. <br /> We are proposing that the EDC and Planning Commission hold a joint meeting on <br /> August 13th to interview proposals received for development of the design theme. I <br /> have attached a copy of the proposal for your review and can answer any questions <br /> you may have as part of this agenda item. <br /> • <br /> Attachment: Request for Proposal for Professional Services <br /> • <br />
