Samples; Natural Open Space uses would typically include any of the following that meet the previously defined criteria: • Wetlands • Timber or Forest Lands • Nature Preserves J. Transportation/Utility i.)Vehicular/Pedestrian Right-of-Way • Definition: An area or strip of land either public or private, on which an irrevocable right-of-passage has been recorded for the use of vehicles or pedestrians or both Samples: Transportation Right-of-Way uses would typically include any of the following that meet the previously defined criteria: • Skyways • Street Right-of-Way • Sidewalks/Paths/Trails ii.)Railway Definition: An area or strip of land occupied or intended to be occupied by a railroad or other similar use. Samples: Railway uses would typically include any of the following that meet the previously defined criteria: • Railroad Real Property Used in Operation • Railroad Real Property Not Used in Operation iii.)Airport Definition: Land Used for the operation of aircraft and associated accessory uses;provided accessory uses are incidental to the airport activity. • Samples: Airport land uses would typically include any of the following that meet the previously defined criteria: • Landing strips/runways • Airplane hangers
