The expansion will add <br /> approximately 106,000 square feet of space to the building and 152,500 square feet of parking <br /> area for trucks and cars. The additions to the building will increase freezer space by 43,500 sf, <br /> cooler space by 25,500 sf, dry goods space by 16,100 sf and then an additional 21,500 sf for <br /> offices. Other facets of this expansion include an expansion of the access driveway leading back <br /> to rear of the building, relocation of the will-call area, construction of additional auto parking at <br /> the northeast corner of the site and additional truck parking along the west side of the property. <br /> • <br />
