In the event of the absence of the EDA ex-officio member, a commission <br /> member may be appointed by the chairperson to represent the Economic Development <br /> Commission at the next regular EDA meeting. <br /> IX. POTENTIAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST. When a potential conflict of interest may exist for <br /> commission member or members, the member(s) shall ask to be excused and step down <br /> from the commission prior to discussion on that item. <br /> X. SUPPLEMENTARY PUBLICATIONS.
