MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 567-99 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> FOR DANNY DANIELSON, 8444 GREENWOOD DRIVE; <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING CASE NO. 540-98 <br /> WHEREAS, Danny Danielson, representing parents Ernest & Marlene Danielson, has <br /> requested approval for a minor subdivision dividing property located at 8444 Greenwood Drive, <br /> property zoned R-1, Single Family Residential, legally described as follows: <br /> The South 234.98 Feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Danielson Addition, r . _ <br /> Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS, the two lots created by this minor subdivision, Parcel A(the northern parcel <br /> with the existing home) and Parcel B (the southern parcel) would be legally described as follows: <br /> Parcel A: The North 156.97 Feet of the South 234.98 Feet of Lot 5, Block 1, • <br /> Danielson Addition, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota <br /> Parcel B: The South 78.01 Feet of Lot 5, Block 1, Danielson Addition, County of <br /> Ramsey, State of Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the applicant's request for a minor <br /> subdivision and has determined that it is in conformance with Chapters 1104, 1201, and 1202 of <br /> the Municipal Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the applicant's request for a minor <br /> subdivision is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a Certificate and Plat of Survey for the above <br /> described property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Engineering Technician for the City of Mounds View has reviewed the <br /> proposed minor subdivision and has found it acceptable with stipulations as noted herein; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all subdivisions of land are subject to a park dedication fee as required in <br /> Section 1204.02 of the Municipal Code <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View Planning Commission . <br /> recommends approval of the minor subdivision request made by Danny Danielson, of 8444 <br /> Greenwood Drive, contingent upon the following: <br />
