MOUNDS VIEW ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION NO. 00 -EDC -30 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING BUSINESS SUBSIDY CRITERIA <br />WHEREAS; Minnesota Statutes, Sections 116J.993 through 116J.995 (the "Statutes") require <br />the adoption of criteria for the adoption of business subsidies as defined in the Statutes; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Economic Development Commission has determined that it is necessary and <br />appropriate to recommend business subsidy criteria to the Economic Development Authority and <br />City Council pursuant to the Statutes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission of the City <br />of Mounds View hereby recommends the adoption of the business subsidy criteria contained in <br />Exhibit A of this resolution. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Economic Development Commission directs staff to <br />forward this Resolution to the Economic Development Authority and City Council. <br />ATTEST: <br />(SEAL) <br />Adopted this 24th day of February, 2000. <br />Chair <br />City Administrator <br />r <br />N:\DATA\OROUPS\ECONDEV\EDC\Resolutions\Res0o\RESOO-30.doc <br />
