Title1115.04, Subd. 2 of the Mounds View Municipal code shall be amended by the • SECTION p addition of the bold and underlined language and deletion of the stfiek-n language as follows: 1115.04: CONDITIONAL USES: The following are conditional uses in a B-4 District(requiring a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 1125.01 of this Title): Subd. 2_ Except for outdoor sales of produce.,oOpen or outdoor service, sale and rental as an accessory use and including sales in or from motorized vehicles, trailers or wagons;provided,that: a. Outside service, sales and equipment rental connected with the principal use is limited to thirty percent(30%)of the gross floor area of the principal use. b. Outside sales areas are fenced or screened from view of neighboring residential uses or an abutting residential district in compliance with subdivisions 1103.08(1) through(5)of this Title. c. All lighting shall be hooded and so directed that the light source shall not be visible from the public right of way or from neighboring residences and shall be in io compliance with Section 1103.09 of this Title. d. Sales area is grassed or surfaced to control dust. e. The provisions of subdivision 1125.01(1)e of this Title are considered and satisfactorily met. SECTION 6. Title 1116.02 of the Mounds View Municipal code shall be amended by the addition of the bold and underlined language as follows: 1116.02: PERMITTED USES: The following are permitted uses in an I-1 District: Adult establishments as defined and regulated in Chapter 513 of the Municipal Code.
