On a general level, this program is oriented toward building relationships with Mounds <br />View businesses, creating a favorable business climate within Mounds View, and soliciting input <br />about what we as a community can do to best address business needs. <br />To implement the program, the following questions should be addressed: <br />1.When should visits be conducted? <br />2. How often should visits be conducted? <br />3. How many visits should be conducted? <br />4. Is there specific information that should be gathered on retention visits? <br />City staff will take the lead in coordinating the visits along with developing informational materials to <br />provide those businesses visited. At the present time, there are approximately 200 businesses in <br />Mounds View.
