ROLL CALL: <br />Mayor Marty, Council Members Gunn, Flaherty, Stigney and Thomas. City <br />Administrator Kurt Ulrich, City Finance Director Mark Beer, City Attorney <br />Robert Alsop <br /> <br />3. DISCUSS THREATENED LITAGATION <br />The City Council and City Staff reviewed a proposed settlement agreement and <br />discussed threatened litigation by Innovative Images, LLC. as outlined in a letter <br />to the City dated August 8, 2005. The City Council consensus was to have the <br />City Administrator present the settlement agreement to the Council for <br />consideration on September12, 2005. The Finance Director and City Attorney <br />left the meeting at this time. <br /> <br />4. CITY ADMINISTRATOR ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW <br />The City Council reviewed and discussed the annual performance review for the <br />City Administrator. Each member completed evaluation forms with comments <br />that will be included in the employee’s personnel file.
