A landscaping plan shall be provided showing all areas to be sodded and those areas where <br /> additional plantings will be located with the species and quantities identified, prior to City <br /> Council review. <br /> 2. The building plans shall be revised prior to City Council review as follows: <br /> a. The entryways shall be located on the ground floor and the entryways for the two <br /> end units shall be relocated to the sides of the building rather than the front.. <br /> b. An exterior light shall be located on the building adjacent to each entryway. <br /> c. Overhangs or some other type of architectural feature shall be added to the <br /> structure over each entryway. <br /> d. A second window shall be added to the front of the building for each unit. <br /> 3. A final drainage plan shall be submitted and approved by the City before any building <br /> permits are issued. <br /> • 4.
