The produce stand would be open seven days a week from 10:00 <br /> am to 7:00 pm. and would be selling produce home-grown from Waverly, Minnesota. The stand <br /> is a five-sided gazebo-like structure with a canvas roof, and is 14 feet wide at its widest point and <br /> • 9 feet high at the peak. The stand requires no utility hook-ups. The produce stand was granted a <br /> CUP the last three years at this same location. Staff is not aware of any problems associated with <br /> this operation. <br />
