The produce stand would be open seven days a <br /> wee i ;;`. =10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and would be selling produce home-grown in Waverly, <br /> Minnesota. The stand is a five-sided gazebo-like structure with a canvas roof, and is 14 feet wide at <br /> its widest point and 9 feet high at the peak. The stand requires no utility hook-ups. The produce <br /> stand was granted a conditional use permit the last three years at this same location. Staff is not <br /> aware of any problems associated with this operation. • <br />
