(2) Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) for loss of means of support of <br />any one (1) person in any one (1) occurrence and, subject to the limit <br />for one (1) person, one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for <br />loss of means of support of two (2) or more persons in any one (1) <br />occurrence. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff has two options for the City Council to consider: <br /> <br />Option One <br /> <br />Postpone the Public Hearing until the applicant’s report from the Minnesota Department <br />of Criminal Apprehension and the applicant’s Certificate of Insurance is received. <br /> <br />Or <br /> <br />Option Two <br /> <br />Recommend approval with the stipulation that the On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License is <br />not issued unless the Minnesota Department of Criminal Apprehension Report come <br />back satisfactory, and the applicant submits the appropriate Certificate of Insurance with <br />the amounts as defined in the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />A resolution for approval is attached if the City Council wishes to recommend approval. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted <br />Desaree M.
