City policy for economic or budgetary layoff situations with appropriate <br />guidelines. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that the City Council adopt the attached Resolution 6585 <br />approving a severance package for regular full-time Golf Course employees. In <br />addition to the standard severance pay as provided in the Personnel Manual that <br />includes vacation and sick leave, the resolution provides for a termination date <br />that would account for the employee’s balance of flextime hours.
