<br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that the City Council consider and adopt the second (2) version of <br />Resolution 6608 attached based upon the City Attorney’s opinion. It is also recommended <br />that this action be followed with the adoption of 6581 providing for the transfer of land by <br />resolution.
