Accessory buildings shall not be allowed in the front yard. <br /> 111 1106.03, Subd. 1: No garage shall exceed 952 square feet except by CUP; the combined <br /> square footage for all accessory buildings on a lot shall not occupy more than 20% of the rear <br /> yard. <br /> 1106.04. Subd.6: The combined square footage of all accessory buildings on one lot cannot <br /> exceed 1,400 square feet, the garage width cannot exceed 35 feet nor allow for more than <br /> three vehicle accesses. <br /> 1125.01.
