ORDINANCE NO. 631 • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REZONING OF 2670 COUNTY ROAD I <br /> FROM B-2, LIMITED BUSINESS COMMERCIAL, TO R-4, HIGH DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL, TO ALLOW FOR AN ASSISTED LIVING SENIOR RESIDENTIAL <br /> FACILITY AND AMENDING THE CITY'S OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; <br /> PLANNING CASE NO. 559-99 <br /> THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Recitals <br /> Section 1.01: MSP Real Estate has applied for a rezoning of the property located at <br /> 2670 County Road I, currently zoned B-2, to be rezoned as R-4, High Density Residential, said <br /> property legally described as follows: <br /> Tract "A", Registered Land Survey 414 <br /> Ramsey County, State of Minnesota <br /> Section 1.02: The use proposed byMSP Real Estate is an assisted livingsenior residential • <br /> P p <br /> facility; and, <br /> Section 1.03: The Mounds View City Council has reviewed the following documents <br /> regarding this proposal: <br /> a. Planning Application <br /> b. Zoning Map <br /> c. Location Map <br /> d. Site Plan <br /> e. Staff Report <br /> f. Staff Parking Analysis Memo, dated 8/3/99 <br /> g. Letter from M&E Realty, Property Owner, dated 5/24/99 <br /> h. Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map <br /> I. Planning Commission Resolution 584-99 <br /> Section 1.04: The Mounds View City Council has received a recommendation of approval <br /> from the Mounds View Planning Commission as stated in Planning Commission Resolution No. <br /> 584-99; and, <br /> Section 1.05: The Mounds View City Council does hereby find that this proposal meets <br /> the general requirements and standards for Rezonings as follows: <br /> 111 <br />
