He stated there was a public hearing for the first <br /> reading of the ordinance which would rezone the property and allow MSP to build an assisted living <br /> facility, and the consideration of the Conditional Use Permit for this proposal. He stated the Council <br /> directed Staff to set the public hearing for the ordinance to amend the City Code to clarify the <br /> 0 language in the R-4 Zoning District, and directed staff to draft a resolution approving the Conditional <br />
