Monday, September 12, 2005 City Council Agenda 22 <br /> 23 <br />Community Development Director Ericson noted Consent Agenda Item 9D should also include 24 <br />consideration of the rezoning. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Mayor Marty removed Item 10B, Approval of August 22, 2005 City Council Meeting minutes. 27 <br />He explained he wants to check the tape for clarification of several items. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mayor Marty moved Agenda Item 7, Just and Correct Claims, to be considered after Item 8, 30 <br />Council Business. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Director Ericson suggested Agenda Item 8H be considered after Agenda Item 8C since both 33 <br />pertain to the Fire Department and Fire Chief Zikmund is in attendance. 34 <br /> 35 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Thomas. To Approve the Monday, September 12, 2005 agenda as 36 <br />revised. 37 <br /> 38 <br /> Ayes –5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 39 <br /> 40 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 41 <br /> 42 <br />David Jahnke, 8428 Eastwood Road, thanked the Council for serving through good and hard 43 <br />times and for their diligence through long meetings.
