Announce that City Hall is temporarily moving to the Mounds View Community Center <br /> <br />Important items to note: <br />- City Hall will be closed on Friday, September 30th and the Mounds View <br />Community Center will be closed on Saturday, October 1st, in order to allow for <br />moving. <br /> <br />- The City Police Department will temporarily relocate to the Ramsey County <br />Sheriffs Office in Arden Hills. A police patrol station will be located at the <br />Mounds View Community Center. <br /> <br />- The remodeled City Hall will be available for occupancy by April 1, 2006 <br /> <br />- A utility bill drop off box will be provided inside the community center during open <br />hours. <br /> <br />- Beginning October 10, 2005, all Mounds View public meetings will be held at the <br />New Brighton City Hall. The Council work session of October 3rd and Planning <br />Commission of October 5th will be held in the Mounds View Council Chambers. <br /> <br />2. Update of the Bridges of Mounds View Golf Course Auction <br /> <br />- Bidding “by choice” on like items (i.e., winning bidder will have choice to <br />purchase all like golf carts for the same price as the first) <br /> <br />- Reserve bids – to be used sparingly and on two items identified as high valued <br />value items. <br /> <br />- Miscellaneous City Hall surplus items will be put on pallets and sold at auction <br />(e.g., item that didn’t sell at last year’s garage sale). <br /> <br />- A dumpster will be available for junk items that don’t sell. <br /> <br />- Auction will occur rain or shine. Palletized items will be set up inside. <br /> <br />- Buildings will be sold in-place and won’t need to be moved. Ninety days will be <br />available to remove large buildings. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
