Recommendation of approval of the Medtronic CRM preliminary plat date- <br />stamped September 9, 2005 and associated easement and right of way vacations subject to <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. The preliminary plat shall be revised to show a perimeter drainage and utility <br />easement and easements over all ponds, wetlands, mitigation areas and <br />drainage conveyances. <br />b. Legal descriptions shall be prepared by the applicant or applicant’s <br />representative for those areas proposed to be vacated. <br />c. The applicant shall seek and gain approval from the City of Blaine regarding <br />the preliminary plat, specifically, proposed Lot 4. <br /> <br />d. The applicant shall execute a subdivision agreement as required by Section <br />1202.05 of the Subdivisions regulations. The terms of such an agreement <br />may be incorporated within the development agreement referred to in <br />condition 1e above. <br /> <br />3.
